Refund & Return Policy

30-day returns
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Open-box electronics may incur a 15% restocking fee.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Gift card purchases are refunded as store credit only.
Non-refundable items
Final-sale items, digital downloads, and personalized products are not eligible for refund unless defective on arrival.
Membership cancellations
TechMart Pro membership fees are non-refundable after the first 14 days. Partial-month credits are not issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
