Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of intentLM (intentlm.ai), including the website, dashboard, APIs, SDK, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, using the Service, or clicking to accept during signup, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" means that company.

2. The Service

intentLM provides real-time behavioural intent classification for software products. The browser SDK converts in-app interactions into integer token IDs; our inference API returns intent classifications and related metadata. Features, limits, and availability may vary by plan and may change over time.

3. Accounts & API keys

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for any use of your API keys. Notify us promptly at contact.intentlm@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Plans, pricing & billing

Paid and free plans are described on intentlm.ai and in the dashboard. Usage limits (such as Monthly Active Sessions) and included features depend on your selected plan.

Plans and pricing are subject to change. We may modify plan names, included features, usage limits, or prices at any time. Changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals after notice where required by law. Continued use of the Service after a pricing or plan change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for your account, except where applicable law requires a different process.

Free tiers may be offered at our discretion and may be limited or discontinued. Fees for paid plans are billed according to the payment terms shown at checkout or in your account unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Customer obligations

When you integrate the SDK into your application, you agree to:

• Comply with applicable privacy, consent, and data-protection laws
• Maintain an accurate privacy policy and, where required, a Data Processing Agreement
• Not transmit raw PII, URLs, or form values through the SDK payload
• Not misuse the Service, reverse engineer models, or exceed fair use of APIs

6. Intellectual property

intentLM retains all rights in the Service, models, taxonomy, documentation, and branding. You retain rights in your applications and data. You grant intentLM a limited licence to process token sequences you submit solely to provide and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy and DPA.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. intentLM does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or the accuracy of every intent classification. To the extent permitted by law, intentLM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid to intentLM in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100) if you are on a free plan.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling after termination is governed by the Privacy Policy and DPA.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the version and "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
